To ensure the vehicle is operating well and durable with time, your vehicle must be maintained regularly according to the standards of the manufacturer.
From there, in order to serve Isuzu customers the best, to create peace of mind while operating and using the vehicle. Isuzu Vietnam brings you the Customer Care program.
Main contents of program:
When buying Isuzu vehicles, customers receive favors for periodic vehicle maintenance (Customer Care Sheet):
* Free maintenance (100%)
* 50% discount on maintenance spare parts (Retail price)
These two favors will be applied correspondingly to the content of work depending on each maintenance cycle.
– Scope of application:
* Apply at all service workshops of Isuzu Vietnam dealers
* Customer Care sheet is not converted into cash or spare parts – materials.
– Spare parts and materials are requested replacement in maintenance period includes:

2. SPECIAL WARRANTY PERIOD

Battery, horn
The battery, horn installed by IVC is warranted for 6 months or 10.000 km, whichever occurs first, from the date of the Warranty Registration Form to the first buyer.
Cases of battery explosion, cracking, damage due to dryness of the solution will not be warranted

Paint
Any errors in the original paint of the Isuzu vehicle painted by IVC, originating from the defects of the materials or the assembly process, will be warranted for 12 months or 20,000 km depending, whichever occurs first, from the date of the Warranty Registration Form to the first buyer.

Rear body
All type of rear body by IVC warranted for the 12 months or 20.000 km, whichever occurs first.

CD, DVD, Air conditioner, Accessories
Additional equipment such as CD, DVD, air conditioner, accessories such as rear body lock, monitor, reverse sensors, reversing camera, etc…installed by Isuzu Vietnam is warranted for the12 months or 20.000 km, whichever occurs first, from the date of the Warranty Registration Card
to the first buyer.
3. WHAT IS NOT CONVERED
- Car tires and tires: The original tires and inner tires mounted on new vehicles will be warranted by the tire manufacturer under its own policy
- Damage or accident due to collision, misuse of regulations, arbitrary change of structure
- Damaged due to lack of maintenance or the use of wrong materials, oils and fuels
- Damage caused by overloading, improper installation of vehicles and other problems
- Damage and fire caused by arbitrarily installing electrical equipment such as lights, horns, air conditioners, etc., make the car’s power system overloaded.
- Natural wear and tear, reduce the value according to the time on the vehicle due to the use process or because the customer has left the car for a long time to preserve it.
4. AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD
Authorized Dealers, Workshop should recommend to the customer to maintain the inspection and maintenance of the vehicle at the repair station authorized by Isuzu Vietnam after the warranty period ends, because it is the Dealers who understands the vehicle of the most customers, there should be precise and fast handling actions as well as ensuring the quality and technical requirements

How to use The Exhaust Brake Switch on N-Series
Exhaust brake indicator light
To apply the exhaust brake switch while driving, pull the lever backward
The exhaust brake indicator light comes on. To disengage the exhaust brake, press the accelerator pedal or the clutch
pedal. Releasing the pedal reengages the exhaust brake.

Caution
It is dangerous to put the exhaust brake on a slippery road (when the road is wet, frozen or covered with thick snow), because the wheels may slip.
Advice
If a warning buzzer sounds when the exhaust brake is in operation, promptly pull the vehicle over safely and contact the nearest Isuzu Dealer for inspection.
Even if the gearshift lever is placed in the “N” position, the exhaust brake does not disengage until the engine is warmed up if the warm-up system is on.
Conditions for Inoperable Exhaust Brake
Under the following conditions, the exhaust brake does not engage even if the exhaust brake indicator light comes on.
- The accelerator pedal or the clutch pedal is pressed.
- The gearshift lever is in the “N” position.
- The vehicle is traveling at 5 km/h (3 MPH) or lower speeds.
Notice
If your vehicle is equipped with an anti-lock brake system (ABS), the exhaust brake may disengage during ABS operation even when the exhaust brake switch is in the “ON” position and the exhaust brake indicator light is on. The exhaust brake may disengage temporarily as the vehicle passes over a bump even when the brake pedal is not depressed. It is advisable to operate the exhaust brake when descending a slope or when stop-and-go driving is involved.

Thời hạn bảo hành cơ bản của xe tải Isuzu là 3 năm hoặc không giới hạn số KM. Thời gian bảo hành cơ bản cho xe đầu kéo Isuzu là 3 năm hoặc 100,000 KM tùy theo điều kiện nào đến trước.
Xin cho biết vị trí số khung – số máy trên xe ISUZU có công dụng gì trong vấn đề bảo dưỡng sửa chữa xe?
Xin vui lòng cung cấp thông tin số khung xe (Số VIN) khi quý khách có nhu cầu bảo dưỡng sửa chữa xe hoặc mua phụ tùng. Việc cung cấp số khung xe sẽ giúp các đại lý Isuzu tra cứu được chính xác thông tin kỹ thuật xe & phụ tùng tương ứng với xe.
Khi mua xe, khách hàng được tặng các phiếu Customer Care. Các phiếu này có lợi ích gì & cách thức sử dụng ra sao?
Nhằm mục đích tri ân khách hàng & khuyến khích khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ chính hãng, khi mua xe các khách hàng sẽ được nhận các phiếu Customer Care. Số lượng phiếu dao động từ 9-15 phiếu với thời gian sử dụng 3 năm (tùy theo model xe). Khách hàng sẽ được miễn phí công bảo dưỡng & giảm giá nhớt động cơ + phụ tùng bảo dưỡng tương ứng với các chu kỳ quy định trên phiếu. Phiếu có giá trị sử dụng khi khách hàng mang xe đến kiểm tra – bảo dưỡng – sửa chữa tại các đại lý Isuzu được ủy quyền trên toàn quốc hoặc khách hàng mua phụ tùng chính hãng từ đại lý ISUZU.
Định mức tiêu hao nhiên liệu xe Isuzu là bao nhiêu? Có cách nào để kiểm tra mức tiêu hao nhiên liệu thực tế trên xe?
Mức tiêu hao nhiên liệu thực tế trên các xe sẽ khác nhau do nhiều yếu tố tải trọng hàng hóa nhẹ hay nặng, đường sá thông thoáng hay đông đúc, có đi đèo dốc hay không và kỹ thuật lái cũng sẽ làm ảnh hưởng đến mức tiêu hao nhiên liệu. Đối với các xe Isuzu Euro 2, 4, 5 sử dụng công nghệ Common Rail, các đại lý Isuzu có thể trích xuất dữ liệu hoạt động của động cơ xe, từ đó tính được chính xác mức tiêu hao nhiên liệu cũng như tình trạng hoạt động của xe.
Đối với các xe sử dụng động cơ Euro 5 cần lưu ý những gì?
Các xe Euro 5 được trang bị nhiều hệ thống khác nhau để xử lý khí thải (EGR, DPD, DOC+PF, SCR…) do đó để hệ thống hoạt động hiệu quả và hạn chế mụi than phát sinh trong quá trình cháy của động cơ cần lưu ý sau:
- Chỉ sử dụng nhớt chính hãng Isuzu Besco
- Chỉ sử dụng nhiên liệu Euro 5 (V – 0.001S)
- Hạn chế chạy xe ở chế độ không tải (Đậu xe tại chổ nhưng nổ máy)
- Hạn chế tắt/ nổ máy thường xuyên
- Đối với các xe đầu kéo sử dụng hệ thống xử lý khí thải SCR cần dùng đúng loại urea khuyến cáo (Madin Adblue)
- Kiểm tra mực nhớt động cơ thường xuyên đối với các xe trang bị DPD
- Bảo dưỡng đúng định kỳ
- Thay thế phụ tùng chính hãng.
Để giúp tăng tuổi thọ của bố ly hợp cần lưu ý gì?
Bố ly hợp là bộ phận quan trong trên xe và là chi tiết hao mòn theo thời gian. Ngoài các yếu tố về chất lượng, kỹ năng của lái xe, tuổi thọ của bố ly hợp còn phụ thuộc vào hoạt động bảo dưỡng xe như thường xuyên kiểm tra hành trình tự do và hành trình cắt ly hợp của bàn đạp ly hợp. Hoạt động kiểm tra này cần có kinh nghiệm nhằm đảm bảo khi không đạp ly hợp, ly hợp và mâm ép được nhả ra hoàn toàn.
Khi xe tải hoạt động trên vùng đồi núi cần lưu ý gì?
Khi xe hoạt động trên vùng đồi núi khách hàng lưu ý:
- Khi xuống dốc, sử dụng phanh khí xả (đối với các xe được trang bị) kết hợp sử dụng phanh động cơ (trả số về số thấp)
- Khi xuống dốc, chỉ sử dụng phanh chân khi tốc độ động cơ quá cao rơi vào vùng nguy hiểm (đỏ) hoặc đánh lái chuyển hướng
- Thường xuyên bảo dưỡng và vệ sinh moay-ơ, hệ thống phanh…
- Kiểm tra mức dầu phanh, áp suất và tình trạng lốp, hệ thống chiếu sáng và tín hiệu…
- Không được chở quá tải trọng
